The Free State is in full “Bloom”. Celebrate 25 years of Festival Joy by spreading love and cheer through the streets of Bloemfontein. Be part of our community project, where we want to collect and create as many flowers as possible in any art medium to give to the grandfathers and grandmothers in the city. Enjoy the festival atmosphere and laugh together as we make Bloem’s winter colourful again!
